【Delivery Period】

FedEx: Delivered within 3-7 days after shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).
EMS: Delivered within 7-20 days after shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please be aware that this product will also be available for sale in offline stores concurrently,

【Exchange】

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package.
We do recommend your returning product and re-purchase the products.

【Return Policy】

WE ACCEPT RETURNS:
Products must be returned to us within 14 DAYS* of receipt of the delivery.

• All products must be returned in original condition with all tags and labels intact.
• Returns are refunded to the original form of payment at checkout.
• Returns will be processed and refunded within 10-14 business days of receipt.
• Return shipping cost / Weight or volume may affect cost.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning items due to a change of mind.
